Tiffany Miller

Senior Administrative Assistant

Ms. Miller holds two Associate’s Degrees from Draughons Junior College (Nashville, TN): Criminal Justice and Legal Assisting. She applies both degrees–especially her degree in Legal Assisting–to her work at Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC. Her pursuit of higher education did not stop there, however. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Political Science at Middle Tennessee State University.


 

Yoni Chera

Paralegal/Administrative Assistant

Ionela “Yoni” Chera holds an ABA-approved General Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan Career Institute. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of Bucharest in her native Romania. Yoni is pursuing a LL.M. in Entertainment and Media Online Law from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. 

Yoni speaks fluent Spanish and Romanian.  She is committed to community volunteerism, serving as an interpreter for the Hispanic Clinic of the Nashville Legal Aid Society, as a board member of  Latinas in Action (LIA) and a member of the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (NAHCC).


 

Valerie Jephson

Paralegal

Valerie Jephson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Business at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, graduating summa cum laude. She continued her studies in literature and philosophy at Florida State University in Tallahassee, earning a Master of Arts degree. To no surprise, she is an extraordinarily good writer.

Ms. Jephson speaks Spanish, and her background includes teaching citizenship classes at One-Stop Immigration (Santa Barbara, CA), assisting with political asylum cases at East Bay Sanctuary Covenant (Berkeley, CA), and working for the international press in Guatemala. She is pursuing a J.D. degree at Nashville School of Law.
