Ms. Rose has practiced exclusively immigration and nationality law for twenty years and is licensed in the states of Hawaii and Tennessee. She is listed in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers.
Ms. Rose earned her J.D. degree in 1986 from the University of Hawaii. She has a Master's degree in Public Health, adding to her expertise in the health care professions, and in Anthropology, which makes her more attuned to cultural issues.
Ms. Rose is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She holds a nationally-elected seat as a Director of the AILA Board of Governors. She also is a member AILA's PERM Implementation Group, a "think tank" analyzing the Department of Labor's electronic labor certification program. She has chaired the AILA Department of Labor Liaison Committee, which represents immigration attorneys and their clients before the U.S. Department of Labor. Ms. Rose is a member of IMMLAW, the national consortium of select immigration attorneys. In addition, Ms. Rose is an Adjunct Professor at the Vanderbilt University Law School where she teaches Immigration Law and Policy. She lectures regularly to employers and attorneys and has written many articles on immigration law, including Prevailing Wages, PERM Labor Certification, H-1B Labor Condition Applications, and National Interest Waivers.
Ms. Rose is of Portuguese and Italian descent, has lived in Mexico, and speaks Spanish. She has practiced Go-Ju karate for 30 years and teaches karate in Nashville. She enjoys jazz music and is a jazz vibraphonist. [Top] |

Ms. Williams has practiced exclusively immigration and nationality law for more than 10 years. She earned her J.D. degree in 1995 from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, and is licensed to practive law in the state of Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she graduated summa cum laude and was Valedictorian of her graduating class.
Ms. Willliams is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) serving as a national mentor and lecturer. She has written numerous articles on, for example, religious workers and intercompany transferrees. She was recently appointed to the Executive Committee of the Immigration Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association.
Ms. Williams studied French Language and Civilization at the Sorbonne in Paris, and has traveled extensively. On a personal note, Ms. Williams is a Master SCUBA diver and NAUI instructor in scuba diving. She has visited many international destinations in pursuit of her sport. She is an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America as a Troop Committee Member for Troop 17, and a Cubmaster for Pack 32, both in Nashville, Tennessee.[Top] |

Mr. Saev is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and he is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Saev earned his J.D. degree in 2001 from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he received an achievement award in immigration law. He received his Bachelor's degrees in Applied Economics and Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria. Mr. Saev is of Bulgarian descent and speaks fluent Russian. [Top] |

Ms. Paxtor earned her J.D. degree in May 2007 from Vanderbilt University Law School, and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Ms. Paxtor first became an immigrant advocate after college as an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer at the Political Asylum Project of Austin, where she built volunteer clinic capacity and gave human rights presentations to immigration detainees. During law school, she won the Scholastic Excellence Award in Immigration Law and Policy, was an associate editor on the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice, and received a Public Interest Service Award. Ms. Paxtor also volunteered for the Immigrant Clinic of the Tennessee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and represented victims in the Domestic Violence Clinic.
Her focus of work at the law firm includes humanitarian cases, such as deportation, U Visa, and TPS. She also focuses on all other aspects of immigration, including employment- and family-based cases, especially with our Spanish-speaking clients.
A Nashville native, Ms. Paxtor studied abroad in Costa Rica, and is fluent in Spanish. [Top] |
